Planetary Oceanic Intelligence Network Terminal

There is such a huge concentration on space exploration and Mars. Meanwhile, our oceans are 70% of Earth’s surface, and we still do not have a system to comprehensively learn more about our vast waters, life, cycles, environment, atmosphere, etc.. We have only a small amount of Oceanic Intelligence and recorded oceanic history! I can only pray that someone with financial resources will see the POINT.
